Return Policy

How do I return my order?

We want you to love your purchase! While we can't accept returns due to the nature of our offerings, we gladly help with damaged or incorrect items. If that's the case, reach out within 5 days of receiving your order, keeping everything unopened and in its original condition. Email us at info@ascensionskinshop.com with a picture of the issue, and we'll sort it out for you!

Shipping Policy

Do you ship internationally? 

 
We only ship to Canada at the moment. During checkout, you can choose our standard shipping option, which takes about 14-18 business days, or go for the priority shipment, which arrives in 6-10 business days with extra tracking details. Orders placed by noon EST ship the same day. Just a heads up: international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes from customs.


How long does it typically take for orders to be shipped after purchase?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase, with most orders shipped on the following business day. All orders within the US are shipped via USPS and you'll receive tracking information via email on the shipment date.

If I order multiple items, will they be shipped together or separately? How will they arrive?

Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive in separate packages, possibly on different dates.

 

What steps can I take if my package goes missing or is stolen after delivery?

Please note that Ascension Haus shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
We recommend filing a report through USPS Claims for such inquiries.


What should I do if my package is returned to Ascension Haus?

We want to make sure your order reaches you smoothly! Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout as we ship to the address provided by the customer. While we're unable to take responsibility for lost items due to incorrect addresses, if your order is returned due to this reason, we'll happily reship it. However, please note that additional shipping fees may apply, and these must be paid before we can reship the package to the correct address.
